Instructions for Use

Use a USB Cable to Connect PC
When a USB cable is connected to a PC, the eMeet OfficeCore M0 auto-matically powers on.
When the USB cable is disconnected, the eMeet OfficeCore M0 auto-matically powers off.

For Mac OS Users

Setting Default Microphone (Mac OS)

  • Select System Preferences > Sound.
  • Under the Sound tab, click input, and then select eMeet M0.
  • If necessary, adjust input volume at Settings for the selected device on the same panel.

Set Default Speaker (Mac OS)

  • Select System Preferences > Sound.
  • Under the Sound tab, click Output, and then select eMeet M0.
  • If necessary, adjust output volume at Settings for the selected device on the same panel.

For Windows Users

Set Default Microphone (Windows Vista/7/8/8 1/10)

  • Select Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound.
  • Under the Sound tab, click Manage Audio Devices Click the Record tab on the top of the displayed setup window.
  • Under the Record tab, select eMeet M0, and then click the Set Default button Click OK to save your changes.
  • If necessary, you can make changes to the property (level) of the same panel to adjust input volume.

Set Default Speaker (Windows Vista/7/8/8 1/10)

  • Select Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound.
  • Under the Sound tab, click Manage Audio Devices. Click the Playback tab on the top of the displayed setup window.
  • Under the Playback tab, select eMeet M0, and then click the Set as Default button. Click OK to save your changes.
  • If necessary, you can make changes to the property (level) of the same panel to adjust output volume.

FAQs

Question/Problems Possible Reason Troubleshooting
The eMeet M0 does not respond when the PC is connected a USB cable.
  1. The USB cable is not properly inserted.
  2. The USB cable is damaged.
  1. Remove and insert the USB cable again.
  2. Replace the USB cable.
The speaker does not make sound after the eMeet M0 is connected.
  1. The speaker is not properly set.
  2. The eMeet M0 speaker is muted.
  1. Properly set the speaker according to "Instructions for Use"
  2. Disable the speaker mute button of the eMeet M0.
The microphone does not make any sound after the eMeet M0 is connected.
  1. The microphone is not properly set.
  2. Enable the mute button of the eMeet M0 microphone.
  1. Properly set the microphone according to "Instructions for Use".
  2. Disable the microphone mute button of the eMeet M0.
If the problem is not solved after trying the above methods. There may be a device driver recognition error. Select Device Manager, locate the option for Sound, video and game controllers. Uninstall the driver of the eMeet M0. Then remove and insert the USB cable again
