Cleaning & Care
External surfaces
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and then dry with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths or strong chemical cleaners. Do not use polishes on stainless-steel surfaces as this will damage or remove the finger-print proof coating. Do not place objects onto the lid as this could scratch or damage the surface.
Inner buckets
Remove inner bucket or caddy from unit and clean with hot, soapy water. To help remove unpleasant odours, a solution of baking powder and water may also be used. Wipe dry before replacing in unit. Food waste caddy also dishwasher safe.
Odour filter
For best performance, we recommend replacing your odour filter every 3 months.
