Getting Started
- Attach the frame stand to the frame
- Plug in the power adapter to a wall outlet
- Power on the photo frame by pressing the 'Power Button' on the back of frame
- Follow the prompts on the photo frame to connect the frame to your WiFi network.

The frame must be connected on the 2.4GHz network
- Select the WiFi connection utilizing the photo frame touchscreen display. If required, enter the WiFi password.
- "Connected" will appear below your selected WiFi network.
- Press the arrow in the upper right corner of the photo frame touch screen to move on to the next step.
How to Share Device with Other Users
NOTE: Other users will need to download the Monster Smart app from the Google Play or Apple App Store and register an account. You will need to have the user's email address associated with their account in order to set up sharing.

- Open the Monster Smart App, choose Digital Frame
- Click the Pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click Share Devices
- Choose Add
- Input the other user's email address associated with their account
- Click Save
NOTE: The other user will receive a notification in their Monster Smart App after the device has been successfully shared. The shared frame will appear on the main screen of the app and the user will be able to share photos or videos by following the instructions in this manual.
How to Set Auto Power On/Off
- Open the Monster Smart App and select the Digital Frame
- Click the Clock button at the bottom right corner of the screen, tap Add
- Adjust the schedule to the desired settings
- Click done to set the schedule
Device Settings
To adjust various settings on the frame, tap the settings icon (
) at the top of the frame screen.
- Click Frame. Here you can control the following: Photo order, transition speed, transition effects, transition time, background music, volume, and display ratio.
- Click System. Here you can adjust the screen brightness, time format and time zone.
To delete photos from the frame, tap the settings icon (
), then Photo, then Delete Photo. This cannot be done in the app.
Troubleshooting
What to check first if your frame is not working:
- Make sure it is plugged in.
- Make sure it is a working outlet.
- Make sure connection of the cord to the frame is secure.
- Make sure the frame is powered ON.
How to reset the unit to factory settings
- Go to settings, then tap systems, then select factory reset option.
How to check WiFi Connection
- Go to settings, then tap systems, then tap network.
- Look to see the blue check to the left of your network.
- Check the WiFi properties on a laptop or tablet to confirm it is 2.4GHz.
How to delete photos
- Go to settings, tap photo & video, then tap delete photo and video.
- Select the photos you would like to delete, then click delete.
Download the Monster Smart App
- Download the Monster Smart App from the Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Search for the app, or scan the QR codes below to download.

- Follow the prompts in app and enter all required information to create your account, then log in to your account.
Connect Your App to the Unit
- Ensure the frame is connected to the same WiFi network as your device (see "Troubleshooting") and the frame is powered on
- Log into the Monster Smart App on your device
- Click "Add Device"
- Click Digital Frame
- Click Scan
- After setting up the WiFi network, a QR code will appear on the frame. At this step, scan the QR code with your device
- Wait for the device to connect, then click Done in the top right corner of the app
How to Add Images and Videos to the Unit from the App
- In the Monster Smart App, select the Digital Frame then tap the + at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the images or video you want to add to add to the frame, then click confirm.
NOTE: Images and videos need to be added separately. Videos must be uploaded one at a time. Images can be uploaded up to 100 at a time.
