Start Measuring NOTICE All packaging must be removed to ensure that the skin is in contact with the electrodes for measurement. The scale can only measure correctly if you step on the scale with bare feet and the skin of both hands and feet is evenly in contact with the electrodes. -

To use the Fitdays app you will have to activate the wireless function on your mobile device (tablet or smart phone) and start the app. -
