Troubleshooting
Device Not Charging ：
- Make sure the device is compatible with wireless charging.
- Make sure to align the charging coil on the device with the charging pad.
- Make sure the device is not in a case that is metallic, magnetic, or 5mm thick.
- If your phone is connected via a cable, wireless charging will be disabled.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps:
- Restart/update your device.
- Reposition your device.
- Remove any phone/earphone case.
- Check that the charger and cables are plugged in correctly.
- Make sure the phone temperature is not too high, as it will disable wireless
charging.
- Remove any cables attached to device while charging wirelessly.
- Make sure you're using a compatible power adapter in conjunction with the
charging pad; for best results, use a QC3.0 or PD compatible USB-C
charger that is rated 18W or higher.

Avoid overloading device.
