For Nevo, there are two versions of the inner impact liner, a smaller version for sizes 54 - 59, and a larger version for sizes 60 - 62. It is important to choose the correct version. If you are in doubt whether to opt for the larger helmet with sizes 60-62, or the smaller helmet with sizes 54- 59, we recommend choosing the larger version. - Page 4 Structure of the Nevo helmet Outer shell: Nevo is made with an outer shell in two versions. The ABS version is 2 mm thick and it provides high perforation resistance, strength and elasticity. The carbon version has the same characteristics, plus remarkable lightness.

- Page 6 The chin strap is padded with a soft, comfortable lining. Visor: For the Nevo helmet, the visor is an optional accessory. It is made in polycarbonate, with anti-scratch treatment. It is fitted with a rubber edge strip that seals the space between visor and outer shell, along most of the upper side.
- Page 7 For optimum protection, we recommend always using the helmet with the ear covers fitted. Elastic catch for ski googles: At the back of Nevo in its ski version, there is an elastic strap fastener that prevents accidental loss of the ski googles.

Sizes: The Nevo helmet is available in two inner EPS sizes, with four Shalimar caps, ensuring a perfect fit for the head. The cap is quick and easy to change. If the helmet is not a perfect fit, we can send you a new cap free of charge, independently from where you bought the helmet. - Page 9 Important: do not use sharp or pointed tools such as screwdrivers, etc., in order to not to scratch or damage the helmet and its structural components Nevo has a comfort lining that can be removed and re-installed in order to personalise the helmet’s fit, or to wash the lining.
- Page 10 Ear covers Nevo’s ear covers have a soft inner part and a more rigid exterior section. They are easily removable and they are important for enhancing the protection offered by the helmet. We recommend using them at all times.
- Page 11 Don’t touch a mirror-finish visor with your hands, because it may be opacified by the acid contained in perspiration. Don’t touch the inner surface of a visor with anti-fog coating (see below for more details). Adding a visor to a Nevo helmet: The visor is supplied with the two screws and separators needed for assembly.

Holding the visor by its edges, place it into the water and move it about gently for less than one minute. Remove from the water, place on a surface and leave it to air-dry. Do not use a cloth or towel to wipe the inside of the visor.
