XACT S1/S1 EVO Quick Start Guide
1. Connect Your USB DAC
Connect your USB DAC to the 'DAC' USB port on the XACT S1.

USB Audio Outputs:
•
'DAC': The main USB port—recommended for best sound quality.
o
'DAC no 5V': A USB port without a 5V connection.
o
2. Insert the SD Card
Locate the included SD card in its plastic holder inside the box.

Insert the SD card into the 'SD CARD (OS)' slot.
•
The XACT OS is loaded from this SD card.
o
Important:
•
The SD card must remain inserted at all times during operation.
o
Remove the SD card only for transportation purposes.
o
If shipping the unit, remove the SD card, place it back in the plastic holder,

and pack it securely with the XACT S1.
