M6123 LIQUID FILTERS USER MANUAL I. INTRODUCTION The 61945, 6123NS and 6214 liquid filters are used to remove unwanted infrared radiation from a high intensity beam. Each model is constructed of aluminum, with a space to hold distilled water between two fused silica windows. -

M6123 LIQUID FILTERS USER MANUAL II. INSTALLATION To install the filter: Remove the relief valve (Item 2) from the housing. Fill the inner cavity with distilled water. Reattach the relief valve and ensure that there is no leakage of the distilled water. Check the freedom of operation after installation, as excessive tightening can jam the valve. -
