Setting Up a New Device

If your device was purchased anywhere other than LogicMark.
com, please call our dedicated customer support team at
1 (800) 519-2419. They will assist you in activating your device and
purchasing any necessary subscriptions.
S E T T I N G U P A D E V IC E
STEP 1: Plug the charging base into a power outlet.
STEP 2: Place your device into the charging base with the charging
contacts touching inside the base. Freedom Alert Mini will say "Your
Device is Powering On". It will then say "Your Device is Ready"
when charged.
STEP 3: Charge Freedom Alert Mini fully.
STEP 4: Perform a test call by pressing and holding the emergency
button until it vibrates. After a short pause you will speak with an
emergency services representative.

STEP 1: Place your device in the charging base until it announces
"Charging".
STEP 2: Remove it from the base and press the battery test button.
STEP 3: Your device will announce "Battery Low" or "Battery Okay".
