REGULOR 4 OPEN This message appear 15 seconds after connecting the power if the regulating valve index has not reached its zero position. The cause is a fault in the electrical circuit (disconnected wire, fuses, micro-circuit breaker fot the regulating valve) or the valve itself (seized) - Disconnect the12 V power before checking these elements.
