- Page 13 3.以上两点都排除后还有噪音，需要判断是外部噪音/或是机器内部产生的噪音。断开所有输入，只保 留电源和输出线，若此时噪音消失则是音源输入的噪音，若噪音还在则可能是电源受干扰或者是机 器内部产生的。 问：为什么搜不到蓝牙、如何切换到蓝牙？ 答：按机器或者遥控器上的“SELECT”键、输入切换开关，切换到 BT 蓝灯闪烁或者 BT 字符闪烁，然后手 机打开蓝牙搜索到“BT HiFi AUDIO”、点击连接上后播放音乐即可（蓝牙名根据不同机型可能会有差 异，以实际为准）。 问：蓝牙播放卡顿、甚至断连？蓝牙底噪声/电流声明显？ 答： 应排查机器天线是否安装到位， 是否有干扰或遮挡 （比如常见的 WiFi 路由器/无线电话/调频收音机等， 由于跟蓝牙可能处于同频段，很容易导致干扰）另外如家里的电扇/冰箱/空调等感性负载也会有一定 的干扰。 问：电脑上能使用蓝牙功能吗、为什么连上没声音？ 答：电脑的兼容性相对手机来说不是很好，且操作比较麻烦、需要电脑带蓝牙功能，连接上之后需要更新 驱动、设置输出设备为蓝牙。 问：解码器连接电脑后不识别、无法播放？ 答： 确认电脑的系统版本、 机器是否需要安装驱动。 如 Win7 系统我们大部分机型是要安装驱动以后才行的。 问：电脑安装好驱动后为什么过一段时间又出现无法识别？ 答：电脑系统、软件/硬件的更改或者更新，杀毒软件有时候会影响到导致驱动丢失，可以重新安装一遍驱 动再试试。 问：USB 连接手机无法使用、是否需要驱动？ 答：手机连接是免驱的，应确认手机和连接线是否都支持 OTG 功能，有些手机需要在设置里面打开 OTG 选 项和设置输出设备。...
