TROUBLESHOOTING

My toilet's water inlet valve doesn't stop filling with water

  1. Check whether the floating bucket lift rod is stuck on the water tank wall.
  2. Check whether the lifting rod is installed normally. If it is not stuck or the bayonet is damaged.

Water keeps leaking into the bowl of the toilet

  1. The water inlet valve has a water replenishing function. The siphon toilet is designed to meet the water seal requirements by replenishing water. This kind of water seepage generally only lasts for a few minutes, so it is normal for water seepage during the water inlet process.
  2. Check whether the water stop surface of the drain valve cannot fall completely, causing it to become unsealed and cause water leakage.
  3. Check whether there is a lot of dirt accumulated on the surface of the water-stop rubber pad of the drain valve.
  4. Check whether the water stop surface of the drain valve is incomplete and cannot be sealed, resulting in water seepage.
  5. Check whether the drain valve is installed in place: the screws are not tightened, the sealing pad and the ceramic surface are offset, and the sealing glue is damaged.
  6. Check whether the installation hole of the drain valve is deformed or cracked, causing water leakage due to inability to seal.

Poor toilet flushing

  1. The sewer pipe is not smooth. (Sewer pipes, toilet pipes are clogged, sewer pipes have S bends, etc.)
  2. The sewage outlet of the toilet deviates from the sewage pipe, blocking the sewage outlet and affecting normal flushing (poor installation).
  3. Adjust the water inlet volume of the water inlet valve.
  4. Adjust the drainage volume of the water drain valve.
  5. The water supply pipe of the toilet with water supply must be inserted into the overflow pipe to meet the water seal requirements. Insufficient water seal will also affect the siphon effect.

Water leaking from the outside of the toilet

  1. Check whether the installation of the sewage outlet is misplaced.
  2. Look for cracks: cracks in sewage outlets, cracks in pipes, and other cracks.
  3. Check whether there is water leakage at the bottom ventilation hole.

There is a small amount of water stains in the water tank or packaging box

Before leaving the factory, each toilet will undergo a water test and seal inspection to prevent toilet leakage; the toilet will be turned upside down to drain the water, but 100% drainage cannot be guaranteed.
