Instructions for use
Before use:
- Make sure that all the product's packaging has been removed.
- Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.
Pulp quantity regulator
This appliance has a system for regulating the quantity of pulp filtered.
The quantity of pulp can be regulated by turning the jar while holding the motor support
For maximum filtering, turn the jar anticlockwise until it stops. Fig.2A
For minimum filtering, turn the jar clockwise until it stops. Fig.2B

Use:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Fit the jar (C) onto the motor body (A) until it engages, place the strainer (D) over the jar and to finish, fit the cone (E) into the strainer by pressing it until it engages
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Cut the citrus fruit/s to be squeezed in half.
- Turn on the appliance by pushing down on the piece of citrus fruit, once it has been placed on the juicing cone.
- To stop the appliance, simply stop applying pressure to the cone.
- Remove the cone and strainer assembly in order to empty the jar.
- Empty the jug of juice, tipping its contents into whatever table service receptacle you like.
Note: If you process large quantities of fruit, you will need to clean the filter and remove the residual pulp on a regular basis.
Once you have finished using the appliance:
- Unplug the appliance to the mains.
- Put the cable back in the cable housing.
- Clean the appliance

Cleaning
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under a running tap.
- It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
- If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe to use.
The appliance is suitable for cleaning in hot soapy water or in a dishwasher (using a soft cleaning program):
Next dry all the parts before fitting them together and storing.
Anomalies and repair
- Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if problems arise. Do not try to dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may be dangerous.
