Headset Controls

Power On/Off
Long press the power button for 3 seconds to trun on/off the headset.

Audio Mode Switch
Short press the "mode " button once to switch the sound effect mode.
Green light: Gaming Mode
White light: Music Mode
Blue light: Live Mode

Light On/Off
Three-click the lighting touch key to turn on/off the headset light.

Light Color Switch
Press the lighting touch key for 2 seconds to switch the light color.

Charge

  1. When the headset is fully charged, the battery indicator shows a solid green light. When the headset is in charging, the battery indicator shows a solid red light.
  2. Please charge the headset in time. When the power of the headset is less than 10%, the red indicator light will flash.

Connect Headphones to Devices via USB Transmitter (Compatible with PC, PS5, PS4, PS4 Pro, Laptop, MAC.)

Automatic Connection

  1. Insert the USB transmitter into the USB port of you device, the blue indicator of the USB transmitter flashes.
  2. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the headset. When the headset light is on, the power is successful.
  3. When the Blue light of the USB transmitter is always on, the connection is successful.
  4. If automatic connection fails, please try again the below steps.

Manual Connection

  1. Turn on the headset. Then insert the USB transmitter into the USB port of your device and the blue indicator of the USB transmitter flashes.
  2. Long press the "mode" button for 3 seconds until the blue LED light on USB Dongle quickly flashes. Then release it to enter the manual pairing.
  3. When the LED light on the USB transmitter is solid, the pairing is completed.

Notes:
If connection fails, please try again after fully charged.

Connect Headphones to Devices via 3.5mm Audio Cable (Compatible with PS5/PS4/Xbox One/Xbox Series X/S Controller, Nintendo Switch)
Connect the headset to devices that with a 3.5mm jack via 3.5mm audio cable (included in package). For old Xbox One, a Microsoft adapter is required (not included).

★ Notes:
In wired mode, the headset light doesn't work, and all buttons are disable except volume+/- button.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Possible Reason Exclusion Method
Unable to boot The battery power is insufficient Charge the headset in time
Unable to pairing (2.4GHz Wireless Mode) When paired, the headphone is too far from the USB transmitter. Please don't be far away from the device within 10 meters when connected and stay away from the interference sources like GPS/Wi-Fi.

The headset has noise The battery power is insufficient Charge the battery in time

★ If the headset can't work properly, please try to reset the headset to solve the problem.
Steps: when the headset is on, insert a small pin into the reset hole (next to the 3.5m Aux interface) on the headset. Then push in for 3 seconds to reset the headset.

★ After connecting via the USB transmitter, the headset doesn't work?

  1. Please make sure the USB transmitter is plugged in properly. And then check out the volume switch on the headset was turned on.
  2. Set your headphones as the default audio output device on your PC or laptop.

★ After connecting via the USB transmitter, the mic doesn't work?

  1. Please make sure the USB transmitter is plugged in properly. And then check out the microphone switch on the headset was turned on.
  2. Set your headphones microphone as the default audio input device on your PC or laptop.

★ Other microphone problems or questions of the headset, please contact SOMIC support team.

  1. This product is compatible with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Apple macOS system, Android system and IOS system.
  2. If it is not available on the operating system or equipment that is not listed, you can contact the support team for help.
