Read the entire document carefully before installing or using the XOLTA BESS. RISK OF EXPLOSION: • Do not apply any external force to the XOLTA BESS. • Avoid physical damage to the battery. Keep the XOLTA BESS away from where it may accidentally be physically damaged. • Do not dispose of the XOLTA BESS in fire.
The XOLTA BAT-80AC is designed to meet strict safety standards. It monitors essential parameters of the battery system and protects the battery from damage. The main battery safety measures are presented in the Table below.
• Keep away from the battery and contact emergency firefighters. IMMERSION IN WATER Immersing the XOLTA BESS in water risks causing a short-circuit and damage to the battery system. ACTION • Do not try to access the XOLTA BESS. • Disconnect the power (if possible without getting too close to the battery).
Special regulations apply to the transport of batteries, and these must always be observed. A XOLTA battery that has reached the end of its functional life can be returned to the seller that originally sold the battery or to the dealer of a new industrial battery.

GRID MONITORING RELAY: Decentralized energy generation systems, such as battery a single and external NA Schutz relay on a system level. This systems generate electricity that is fed into the power grid. means that even if a system is made up of multiple BAT-80AC units a single monitoring unit is sufficient. The feed-in must be controlled to ensure a stable frequency and grid voltage quality. Each decentralized energy generation For further information about the NA Schutz requirements, system must be monitored with grid and system protection –...
