About EGO Diagnostic Tool The EGO Diagnostic Tool is a service tool for EGO Tools and Battery. It is intended to be used with a computer (PC/MAC) which is not included. - Page 5 Light 5.Tool Diagnostic Port Operation Install EGO Diagnostic Tool Software (Fig.C1&C2&C3&C4&C5) Note：EGO Diagnostic Software will work with Windows system version Win7 or above. . from your local Ego Power Plus website. Download the installation software package Double click the file you downloaded, then follow the steps to finish installation, carefully choose your install language.

Update EGO Diagnostic Tool Software & Firmware Update EGO Diagnostic Tool Software EGO Diagnostic software will notify user to update when there is a new software version available if computer is connected to internet.
