- Page 4 OPERATION CHARGING THE WORK LIGHT (FIG 1) This rechargeable work light is shipped with the battery partially charged. Charge the work light after purchase and before first use by connecting the included USB charging cable to a USB power output, a cellular phone power adaptor or a laptop USB port for example. Make sure the work light is off. Lift the rubber cover to expose the charging port (5).
