There are 4 cooking modes to choose from. - If there is no mode available for your ingredients, you can choose any preset and then manually adjust the desired time and temperature.

CLEAN & STORAGE CLEANING - The product requires approximately 30 minutes to cool down before cleaning. - Clean the product after each use, and remenber to remove the steam rack.
