S A I L S Mainsail The mainsail is normally stored rolled MAINSAIL from the top down aligning the aft edge (so that the battens align with the axis of the roll). Partially unroll the mainsail so that the entire foot is visible. Insert the metal slide sewn to the lower aft corner of the sail into the boom slot.

S A I L S Spinnaker The spinnaker halyard and dousing line is continuous. To install the spinnaker in the chute, tie the halyard to the head of the spinnaker and hoist part way up. Feed the end of the halyard that is in the cockpit through the fairlead in the port side of the foredeck.
