The Pixbee Pro 4G Smart Watch can be worn while washing hands and during daily activities that may require minimal contact with water.

The Pixbee Pro 4G Smart Watch operates best on specific networks, so selecting a dependable SIM card provider is vital. Your Pixbee Pro is best supported by a Vodafone, Telstra, or Optus nano-SIM (either pre-paid or post-paid) with a minimum capacity of 2GB. This SIM can facilitate the Smart Watch's functions, such as voice and video calls, SMS, and image sharing.

This is normal and will not affect the Smart Watch's lifespan or performance. Occasionally, the charger may stop charging if the battery becomes too hot. What should I do if the Pixbee Pro 4G Smart Watch becomes too hot while charging?

To update the firmware on the Pixbee Pro 4G Smart Watch, follow the steps below: 1. Slide from right to left on the Pixbee Pro 4G Smart Watch's screen. Slide the watch screen to the ‘Settings’ on page four and update the menu at the bottom.

The second smartphone will need to scan the pairing QR code on the Pixbee Pro with which it is pairing. If your Pixbee Pro watch is not closed, you can ask the Pixbee Pro wearer to take a photo of the pairing QR code and send it to you.

'Settings'. 10.1 LOCATION To view your child‘s location: 1. To access the Map, open the Pixbee Pro App and tap the 'Location' icon on the bottom menu. The map will show a marker with the current watch location and its 'last online' time and date.
