    AVOID INJURY FROM UNEXPECTED ACCIDENT Keep hands out of the way of all moving parts. Do not place any part of your body or any tool e.g. in moving parts during operation arm. To reduce exposure to vibration, limit the hours of operation and take periodic breaks to minimize repetition and rest your hands.

    ASSEMBLY Follow the below assembly instructions carefully, you should be able to assemble the machine in a short period. STEP 1 STEP 3 Unfold the handle assembly as shown. FOLDING WHEEL KIT (AVAILABLE AS ACCESSORY) Line up the holes in the Link Plates and Engine Deck.
  • Page 9 STEP 4 PAVING PAD KIT (AVAILABLE AS ACCESSORY) The transparent rubber Paving Pad allows you to compact concrete paving slabs, stones, bricks and blocks quietly and gently Attach the Paving Pad to the front of the Base Plate as shown. Align the holes with the Base Plate, Paving Pad and Clamp Plate, and secure it with lock washers and bolts M10x30.

    When adjusting the belt(s), make sure that the clutch pulley is in alignment with the exciter pulley.  When the V-belt tension is correct, tighten the nuts & the engine mount bolts.  Replace the belt guard.
