The indicator light when charging doesn’t come on isn’t it supposed to be red and then turn green when it’s charged?

If the indicator light on the Spa Sciences NasalFresh MD does not turn red when charging, it may not be properly connected to the USB power source, or the cable may not be correctly plugged into the Charging Port on the Mechanical Module. Ensure the silicone protective strip is lifted and the cable is securely connected. If the connection is correct and it still doesn't light up, the device or cable may be faulty.

If the Spa Sciences NasalFresh MD shows a green light but does not turn on, it may be in standby mode. You need to press the Power Button again to activate one of the cleansing modes. The green light indicates the device is ready, but not yet operating.

My NasalFresh blows water back in the upper tank. Can’t get water to pump through lines at all. Unit is brand new and this is the first attempt to use it.

The Spa Sciences NasalFresh MD may be blowing water back into the upper tank and not pumping through the lines due to incorrect setup, blockage, or malfunction. Possible causes include:

1. The lid on the Upper Tank may not be properly secured.
2. The lines may be clogged or kinked, preventing flow.
3. The pump may not be functioning correctly.
4. The Activate Button may not be held down, so the pump is not running.
5. The direction of flow may not have been reversed properly if the procedure was paused midway.

Check setup, ensure the lid is sealed, lines are clear, and hold the Activate Button to operate the pump.

If the power button on the Spa Sciences NasalFresh MD handheld device is not working, ensure the device is fully charged using the included USB cable and a compatible power adapter. If it still does not power on after charging, the device may be defective and should be replaced by the company.
