PRODUCT INTRODUCTION The Food Waste Disposer (FWD) is installed under the sink. Turn on the tap and switch, put the foods waste in it, which is all you need to do. Then, food waste will be ground into small pieces and to be drained with water directly. -

MALFUNCTION TROUBLE SHOOTING 1) LARGE NOISE Perhaps something is stucked in the FWD. Turn off the FWD and running tap water. Remove the removable splash guard and remove the stem (stucked item). Finally, please put the removable splash guard back on its original place. (2) DISPOSER NOT WORKING If your disposer doesn’t make any noise when it's turned on, fixing it may be as simple as pressing the reset button.
