    Operating Manual Assembling The Beacon LED Tower Step 3: Attaching Light Head Assembly to Mast Using two people, line up the mounting hole on the t-bar with the corresponding hole on the mast. Secure the t-bar to the mast using the nylon lock nut and bolt provided.

    Operating Manual Preparing The Beacon LED Tower for Step 2: Position and Stabilize the Beacon LED Tower Position the cart on a solid surface and a flat incline. Pull up on the spring loaded pins and extend the outriggers. Release the pin and allow it to lock into place in the final locking hole on the outrigger (see picture below to see the outriggers in fully deployed position). Extend the feet of the stability jacks using the crank handles until they are firmly on the ground. If necessary, use the jacks to ensure that the Beacon LED Tower is completely level before deploying the mast.

    Operating Manual Preparing The Beacon LED Tower for Step 5: Power the Light System If using a generator, position the generator in the cabinet with the exhaust pointed toward the GENERATOR EXHAUST HERE sticker on the side of the cabinet. Exhaust should be positioned directly in front of the large ventilation slots in the side of the cabinet.

  • Page 13 Operating Manual Transporting The Beacon LED Tower Ensure the Mast Is All the Way Down Before Moving the Light The Beacon LED Tower is a man-portable light and can be maneuvered around the jobsite by way of the included handle and casters. The Beacon LED Tower can be lifted into a vehicle such as a pick-up truck for transporting long distances.

    Operating Manual Electrical Information & Replacement Parts Electrical Information The LED light heads can run off any power source supplying voltage from 90V – 277V. The Beacon LED Tower is wired with a 120V, NEMA 5-15P plug. Always observe local electrical codes when supplying power to the Beacon LED Tower.
