INTRODUCTION ON THE SYSTEM 4.2.2 Components Components Photo Features/Advantages The EVI scroll compressor with R407C system, favoring high heat capacity and Scroll stable operation with low noise in Compressor particularly low ambient temperature. The reliable 4 way valve can avoid gas 4-way-valve mixing and unstable defrosting.
INSTALLATION 6 Installation 6.1. Transportation and positioning 6.1.1 Transportation (1) To protect the equipment against damage, it must be transported vertically inside its dedicated packaging. Storage and transport at temperature below -20 Deg C and in excess of +50 Deg C is not permissible. (2) The maximum acclivitous angle of heat pump must be less than 30 Deg C when moving and installation.
INSTALLATION Indoor unit is designed to be installed indoor on the wall, dry position. It should be considered about the length of the refrigerant copper pipes and the installation distance of the indoor and outdoor unit. Check the installation conditions: •...
INSTALLATION 6.2.2 Connect the indoor and outdoor unit (1) The specification of copper pipes as follows; Copper pipe Spec. Length φ19 mm Refrigerant Inlet 5 meters φ12.7mm Refrigerant Outlet 5 meters (2) Refrigerant pipes connection The length of copper pipe between the unit and the heat pump should be less than 5 meters, and the height difference should less than 3 meters.

INSTALLATION 6.2.5 Debug the indoor refrigerant system • When finish the connection, please release a little refrigerant from the Refrigerant outlet, or use the vacuum pump to vacuum the system, until the pressure is below 70Pa. • Once the system has been vacuumed, please open the Refrigerant inlet and the Refrigerant outlet until the pressure is balanced, and then check the joints with suds.
INSTALLATION • Keep the water pipes straight and the pipeline allocation reasonable. Reduce pipe turnings as many as possible to reduce water resistance. • Prevent the pipeline and the connectors from water leakage. • The water pressure bearing capability of each part of the piping system should be tested after installation is finished.
INSTALLATION 6.4.4 Oxygen diffusion Steel components, such as radiator ans pipes, can corrode if plastic under floor heating system pipes, which are permeable to oxygen, are used. The product of corrosion, for example, rusty sludge, can settle inside the heat exchanger and can result in output loss through a reduction of cross-section or in a heat pump shutdown triggered by the high pressure limiter.
