  • Page 2 ST400 CONTROL UNIT USER GUIDE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ST400 control unit is compatible with universal voltage range (85-305V 50/60Hz L-N). ST400 control unit can be used to control one single-phase 230V motor up to 800W or one three-phase 400V motor up to 1,5kW.

You can give a STOP command to the door by connecting a NC contact button to the STOP (2)terminal. If this input will not be used, it must be connected to COM(12).

Our relay module includes three-way traffic light control and three independent programmable relay outputs. Those outputs can be programmed as flasher, door opened, door closed, buzzer etc. output from INPUT -OUTPUT ADJUSTMENTS menu.
  • Page 7 ST400 CONTROL UNIT USER GUIDE X7 - Limit Information Connection As shown in the figure that is on the left, this terminal can be used for both ENC (Electronical limit switch) and MEC (Mechanical limit switch). Connections as follows; 12Vdc(28) and GND(27) should be used to power ENC. If MEC is used, GND(27) is common connection.

    ST400 CONTROL UNIT USER GUIDE Programming with LCD Information Display Various functions of the control unit can be programmed using LCD information screen located on the front of the unit and setting the necessary parameters in the programming menu as described below.
