Precautions: Before you perform any service or repair on the notebook, please pay special attention to the cautions prevent any damages to the notebook. 1.

Step 2 : Remove the screw*1pc and M.2 card (SSD). SCREW M2*2L 2.0±0.2 Step 3 : Remove the AL MYLAR and tear off the SSD Thermal Graphite Sheet.
  • Page 13 Assembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Paste the UP5302ZA MAIN BD MYLAR*1pc on the motherboard. Paste the SSD Thermal Graphite Sheet on the new M.2 card (SSD), then assembly AL MYLAR *1pc. Assembly steps: When installing the SSD, please keep the SSD less then 15 degrees Align and insert the new M.2 card into the module slot.

Torque(kgf-cm) Screws Spec Step 2 : Remove the THERMAL MODULE from MB and top case. SCREW M2*2L 2±0.2 Recommend that the force point is at green block and pull up thermal module to take it out.

    LCD BEZEL Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Step 1 : Remove the LCD B CAP ASSY. Step 2 : Remove TOUCH PANEL CONTROLLER BD and TOUCH CONTROL CABLE. Remove Step 1-1, Start from the middle area of each side of bezel, Using the forefinger to hold the outer edge firmly and the thumb flipping the Assembly Notice bezel inner edge outward to release the hooks as indicated in the diagram shown.
