Each BDA/MU or RU device has an integrated battery charger inside which can be used in conjunction with a Comba V3 BBU. The V3 BDA/MU/RU connects to the V3 BBU to allow the system to have a secondary source of power should there be a loss of normal 120VAC power. There are 3 different battery capacity options available (30Ah, 60Ah, and 100Ah) depending on the backup runtime requirement.
