DESCRIPTION
The 51039M automatic shut-off nozzle is uniquely designed with a built-in digital meter with a flow rate
of 120L/min and is suitable for dispensing diesel fuel and will automatically shut off when a tank is full.
This innovative combination of nozzle and meter at 120L/min saves time and simplifies the previous more
expensive method of a separate nozzle and meter.
The digital meter is powered by two new 1.5V alkaline / LR1 / E90 batteries, displays a 5-digit resettable total and a
7-digit (non resettable) cumulative total function, and is accurate to ±1%. The LCD screen can display several modes
by pressing the menu button including level of battery charge, flow rate, calibration and units of dispensed diesel
fuel
(litres, gallons, pints or quarts). And for peace of mind, spare parts for both nozzle and meter are readily available.
Flow rates of up to 120L/min are achievable within operating temperatures of -25ºC to 55ºC with an operating
pressure of 5 to 50psi (0.5-3.5 bar).
The 51039M comes complete with a 1" BSP(f) swivel and a 29mm OD outlet spout.

Unpacking & Inspection The 51039M is packed in two layers, customers should carefully check whether the product has the inspection certificate, manual and other accessories after opening the inner package, and check whether the indicated specifications, models, threads and other parameters are in line with the customer’s purchasing requirements. - Page 4 OWNER’S MANUAL 51039M Auto Shut Off Metered Nozzle 120L/min 3. Debugging Insert the outlet spout of the fuel nozzle into the vehicles tank or container with its insertion depth is not less than 2/3 of the total length of the fuel outlet spout. Open the fuel nozzle to let it complete the self-sealing action process no less than 2 times in each gear (from a small amount of flow), and ensure there is no liquid overflow from the inlet of the tank or container.

- Page 8 Mounting: Before using, manually switch the 51039M on and off fully 2-3 times to check if the trigger mechanism is working normally. When connecting to a hose, first use the appropriate tightening tool to affix the hose swivel to the hose and tighten firmly.
- Page 9 Auto Shut Off Metered Nozzle 120L/min ATTENTION The 51039M can only be used for diesel. The fuelling nozzle inlet thread can only be connected with the same type of thread of the hose connector. If the threads are different, you will not be able to achieve a leakproof seal and you may damage the gun.
