HOW TO CONFIGURE G7 DOCK
1. Determine which gases to configure
G7 Dock has four configurable inlets and one Gas out exhaust
outlet. The four inlets are pre-configured as follows:
Inlet 1 — Multi-gas
COMPONENTS CONCENTRATION
HYDROGEN SULFIDE 25 PPM
CARBON MONOXIDE 100 PPM
METHANE 50% LEL
OXYGEN 18%
NITROGEN Balance
Inlet 2 — SO
2
COMPONENTS CONCENTRATION
SULFUR DIOXIDE 10 PPM
Inlet 3 — NH
3
COMPONENTS CONCENTRATION
AMMONIA 50 PPM
Inlet 4 — Purge (air)
The purge inlet supplies clean air to remove residual gas from
G7 Dock.
2. Send request to Blackline Safety
Blackline will facilitate the configuration update on the device. Please provide the following
information to Customer Care or your designated Sales Account Manager:
Dock ID Inlet 1 Inlet 1 calibration
gas concentration
If the pre-configured settings do not address the kind of
gases you will encounter in your work, a request to change
them should be sent to Blackline Safety.
