Page 14 Device Name is the cast target name of the WP40 device. Connection Mode: Device Name/ PIN code 6 digits / PIN code 8 characters. Device name mode : No password. PIN code 6 digits: Setting password for casting verification, password is 6 digits.
Page 15 PIN Code Refreshing Interval: PIN code could auto change by a certain time interval to ensure the casting safety. Device Name Floating Window: Device name of WP40 would show by a floating bar over all pages if enabled. Multiple Screens: at most we support 4 split screens casting at the same time.
Page 16 In multiple split-screen mode, you can control the audio and touch of the split-screen only when you cast the screen from a computer. The screen casting from a mobile phone does not support touch and audio control function. Show device name on the screen: means device name would be showed over the left corner of the WP40 screen when casting.
Page 17: Activate The Eshare
Auto full screen is used to self-adapt to full screen when the resolution rate is not 16:9. 2.6 Activate the EShare EShare is activated by default. But if you enter factory mode and erase all data, EShare needs to be reactivated by connecting to the Internet (wifi or Ethernet both works).
Page 18: Moderator Control Center
Display Group is for copy the casting screen to other screens under the same LAN. The number of screens supported depends on the LAN network performance. 2.8 Moderator Control Center 【Share Screen or File】: All allowed: means all participants are allowed to share screens or files. Need authorization: means all participants need to be authorized by the moderator before casting their screens or files.
Page 19 View only: means all participants could view the reverse screen but could not control or do wireless annotation. Need authorization: means all participants need to be authorized before view,control or annotation by the reverse screen. Disable: means all participants cannot use the reverse screen to view or control or doing wireless annotation.
Page 20: Whiteboard
We suggest to set “Share Screen or File” as “Need authorization”,set “View,Control and Wireless Annotation” as “View only” so that all participants could view the screen but cannot control the screen, all casting need authorization by the moderator. 2.9 WhiteBoard Click the icon to open Whiteboard: Pen: Color、Size、Shape are all changeable.
Page 21 Eraser: support Palm eraser or one click to clear all. Map: control the size of the map you are drawing.
Page 22 Editor: frame the content you want to edit, and then you could delete、 copy or extend. Text: input the text on the whiteboard. Tool button: hide or extend the tool bar.
Page 23 Background color: change the background color as you want. Settings: Palm eraser switcher: control the function of palm eraser. Muti-point writing: control muti-touch function. Auto save file and interval: auto save the file at a certain time interval to avoid losing important content.

3. BYOD BYOD means bring your own device. IQShare supports abundant BYOD solution to cast your personal screen including: Dongle cast,App cast, Protocol cast,Webcast. 3.1 Dongle cast There are 3 types of IQShare dongle available for choice: Type-C Dongle, HDMI Dongle and USB Dongle.
Page 25  When the main button stops flashing and keeps a white light, it means the dongle has been paired with WP40 successfully. (WP40 also show: paired successfully)  If pairing is unsuccessful, the main button would keep flashing a red light. ...
Page 26 Main button & screen casting:  Use the USB port to pair USB dongle with WP40, main button shows :“flashing white light”means dongle is pairing with the WP40.  When main button stop flashing and “keep white light”, means dongle has paired with WP40 successfully.
Page 27 Exclusive full screen: One click to take up the full screen when more than one screens are casting at the same time. Extended & duplicated screen: One click to switch the casting screen between extended screen and duplicated screen. Mute: One click to mute or unmute the casting screen. Shortcut key: Customizable quick key, for example: Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V.

3.4 Webcast of EShare Webcast is well known for sharing your screen through Internet without the limitation of local area network. No matter where you are, as long as your PC connects to the Internet and your PC is with a browser, you could cast your screen to remote WP40 with assigned ROOM ID.

During casting: you could pause cast, stop cast or disable system audio casting. 4. BYOM BYOM stands for Bring Your Own Meeting. It allows users to wirelessly use in-room audio-visual devices like camera, microphone, speakers directly connected to WP40 through USB. Note: Only IQ devices are for sure compatible with WP40 for the BYOM solutions, other brand USB devices need extra testing.
