    Step 1. Find the original analog thermometer on the lid, loosen the fixing nut from the back of the grill. Step 2. Remove the analog thermometer. 3.2 INSTALL THE PROTEMP S1 Step 1. Install the ProTemp S1 through the hole on the lid.
