Intended Use, Instructions, Warnings This product is intended for indoor residential and office use only, not for industrial or other commercial applications. Use only with electrical wiring that is in good working order and that meets applicable codes and ordinances. Doing so may cause electric shock and/or fire hazard. Avoid contact with moving parts. Warranty Your MCI™ BREEZE unit is warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in quality and workmanship in normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If this unit fails because of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, contact Best Living Systems Customer Service for RMA and return instructions. - Page 11 Your relief for the breach of this warranty is limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall Best Living Systems, LLC.be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase or use of MCI™ Breeze fan. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
