Sanitiser Sentinel – User Guide v1.0
Fitting and set up
Option 1 (recommended) screw fitting
1. Unfasten the screw at the bottom of the sanitiser Sentinel and remove the back plate.
2. Place the back plate above the dispenser ensuring there will be enough clearance to refill
the dispenser with sanitiser.
3. Using a pencil, make the screw holes using the back plate as a guide.
4. Drill the holes using a 7mm drill bit. Do not drill in gas pipes or electrical wiring.
5. Insert the wall plugs, ensuring they are flush with the wall (carefully use a hammer if
needed).
6. Screw the back plate on to the wall, being careful not to over tighten.
7. Set up the Sanitiser Sentinel to your preferences, please refer to the set up guide.
8. Finally slide the Sentinel on to the back plate and fasten the screw at the bottom.
Your Sanitiser Sentinel in now ready for use.
Option 2
1. Hold the Sanitiser Sentinel above the dispenser to find the optimal position, ensure there is
enough clearance to refill the dispenser with sanitiser.
2. Set up the Sanitiser Sentinel to your preferences, please refer to the set up guide.
3. Ensure the surface is clean and free from debris or grease (it is not recommended to use
this method if there is there is an unlevel or unstable surface, or if there is loose or flaking
paint. Use Isopropyl alcohol to clean the area where you plan to fix the Sanitiser Sentinel
and ensure it is completely dry before fixing the Sanitiser Sentinel to the surface.
4. Fit the M3 pad to the back plate between the four raised areas, ensure it is firmly press
down.
5. Remove the backing from the M3, place in the desired location, holding the Sanitiser
Sentinel firmly for 20 seconds.
6. Check the Sentinel is attached by gently agitating it to make sure it is correctly attached.
Your Sanitiser Sentinel in now ready for use.
