PRODUCT DETAILS 2.1. DESCRIPTION A Prima Touch Switch operates independently or as part of the Hogar Controls Smart Home System or with any certiﬁed Z-WAVE smart home system. It can be operated either in a bi-stable Relay mode or Touch Pulse mode for Scene Control with a maximum load current of 5A per each channel.

Step 1: Remove the old faceplate or switchboard (if any) by unscrewing it from the wall. Step 2: Strip all the wires to the appropriate length, i.e., 5/8th of an inch from the wire end. Step 3: Open the frame of the Prima Touch Switch as shown below.

TIP: If you are using the Hogar push-on (screwless) faceplate in a multi-gang installation, attach the back of the faceplate i.e., a sub-plate to all the devices that should be installed into the wall box before attaching the Prima Touch Faceplate.
Page 20 - Remove the glass faceplate. - Hold the conﬁguration button provided on the front PCB using the head of a screwdriver for about 5 seconds until the Touch Button LED blinks 3 times in PINK color. Release the button when all the LEDs turn to PINK color.
Page 21 Adjusting the backlight intensity Click on the conﬁguration button continuously for 8 seconds to adjust (increase or decrease) the backlight intensity to either 80% or 30%.
