Before requesting service, make the below checks, ff you are in doubt about some of the check points, or if the remedies indicated in the chart de not solve the problem:

In Canada, contact the Panasonic Canada Inc. Customer Care Centre at 905-624-5505, or visit the webstth(www.panasonic.ca), or an authorized Servicentre close to you.
• The HOLD function is on (mpage 2).
• The disc isn't correctly set.
• The disc is scratched or dirty.(T*acks skipped.)
• The ung may not read MP3 correctly if it is shaken while it is
_eading the flies.
• The_e is moisture on the lens. Wait for about an hour and
then try again.

product: SZZP1B38C).If the lens gets marked with
fingerprints, gently wipe them off with a cotton swab.
• You may not be able to pray MP3 if you have copied a multi-
session disc that has no data between sessions.
