Sound & Vibration Testing GENERAL INFORMATION Sound Pressure Level Information: Sound pressure is “A” weighted . Measured at the operators ear position while the ride-on trowel is operating at full throttle on concrete in a manner most often experienced in “normal ” circumstances. Sound pressure may vary depending upon the condition of the concrete.

Propane Safety SECTION 1 SAFETY WARNING: THIS PROPANE EFI ENGINE CAN ONLY OPERATE ON PROPANE VAPOR WITHDRAWAL. INTRODUCING LIQUID PROPANE TO THE FUEL SYSTEM CAN LEAD TO FUEL RAIL AND INJECTOR DAMAGE. If you believe your engine has been exposed to liquid propane, shut it down immediately, purge the fuel lines of liquid, and connect the engine to a suitable propane vapor source.

Trowel Operation SECTION 2 OPERATION Enable Machine Blades Before pressing the foot pedal gradually increase the motor’s speed until the desired operating speed is obtained. The machine trowel blades are enabled by the foot pedal (E). Hold down the pedal to enable the rotors to begin turning, release pressure off the pedal to stop the rotors.
Water System SECTION 2 OPERATION To fill the water tank • Remove the tank cap and pour in water, the tank holds 14 Gal or 52 L. The water tank has two outlets on the underside. One is a tank drain port and the other port is for a hose connection leading to the water spray pumps (2).

SECTION 3 SERVICE Changing the Hydraulic Filter: The hydraulic filter is a spin on filter, its part number is 049801 NOTE: The filter is directly connected to the mainframe tank outlet, fluid will flow freely once the filter is removed. Be prepared to use a pan/container to catch any loose fluid.
Retardant System - Winterizing SECTION 3 SERVICE Why Winterize the Retardant System? If water is allowed to freeze in the retardant system, serious damage to the hose system and the pump may occur. To prevent freezing in the spray system it is best to completely drain the retardant system of all water. Failures of this type will void the warranty of the pump Do not use automotive antifreeze to winterize the retardant system.
Battery Jump Start Procedure SECTION 3 SERVICE Occasionally it may be necessary to jump start a weak battery. If jump starting is necessary the following procedure is recommended to prevent starter damage, battery damage, and personal injury. Jump starting a battery incorrectly can cause the battery to explode resulting in severe personal injury or death.
