Power supply The device is powered by the supplied AC adapter with a direct output voltage of 12 V, 2 A, which has a DC connector. Make sure you are using the correct (supplied) AC adapter. Wireless charging failed. Make sure that the mobile phone has a wireless charging feature and if so, that this feature is activated. Make sure the wireless charging zone of the mobile phone is in contact with the wireless charging zone on the base of the lamp (wireless charging icon). Touch buttons are activated arbitrarily. Check that the power is not interrupted, disconnect and reconnect the power. Check that the charging mobile phone is not touching the touch buttons. The light flashes or goes out.
