Carefully read this manual in full before using this electric evaporative cooler. Ensure that you know how the appliance functions and
how to operate it. Maintain the appliance in accordance with the instructions to ensure that it functions properly. Keep this manual with
the appliance. If the appliance is to be used by a third party, this instruction manual must be supplied with it. The safety instructions do
not by themselves eliminate any danger completely and proper accident prevention measures must always be used. No liability can be
accepted for any damage caused by non -compliance with these instructions or any other improper use or mishandling.

Usage
This cooler may be used as a standard fan or with water – ice added to aid in the cooling process. This appliance is not an air
conditioner. It operates by standard fan operation or by blowing air through a damp filter to further reduces the air temperature. It may
be used with either water or ice under COOL mode.
Assembly and Installation
This appliance requires no specific assembly or maintenance.
Install appliance on a level surface only away from direct sunlight or heat source. This appliance must be connected to an earthed mains
outlet.
Remote Control
The remote control requires 2 AAA size batteries (not supplied). Remove the rear battery cover and fit according to the instructions
located inside the battery compartment of the remote control. Note. Always remove batteries when not in use. Always use batteries of
a similar type and make, do not mix battery brands.
Operation – Normal
Fan Control
Connect to the mains supply and switch on. Select ON/OFF button and press to commence. Appliance will commence normal "Fan Only"
function with the last speed selected. Indicators will light.
Fan Speed Control
To increase fan speed simply press the SPEED button to move between Low – MED - HIGH. Indicators will light.
Fan Swing Control
To commence oscillation mode when ON press the SWING button, to stop press SWING button again. Indicator will light.
Fan Delay Control
To operate for a pre-programmed period before switching to OFF mode automatically follow the following steps. Press ON pad to start
and set the fan speed and mode function. Press the TIMER pad until the desired delay OFF time is shown. Each press of the delay pad
will increase the delay time in 30 minute steps up to a maximum of 4 hours.
Random Control
In RANDOM mode the fan speed will vary to simulate the effect of natural breezes. Press ON pad to start the fan and set the fan speed
desired. Press FAN MODE button until the RANDOM indicator lamp is on. The fan will automatically switch between HIGH – MED – LOW
settings at short intervals to simulate random breeze function.
Sleep Control
In SLEEP mode the fan can be programmed to diminish in speed over a period and then also to turn OFF automatically when used in
conjunction with TIMER function or until switched off. For example in SLEEP mode if the fan set to High speed, the fan will operate in
HIGH RANDOM mode for 30 minutes then switch to MED RANDOM mode for 30 minutes before switching to LOW RANDOM mode for 30
minutes. If the delay TIMER has been set the fan will operate in LOW RANDOM mode until automatically switching off at the timer end.
