  • Page 9 Install Uprights Set cabinet on its feet. Insert 4x upright into each corner of cabinet. Secure with each upright with 2x screw.
  • Page 10 Assemble Pump Unbox pump and mounting brackets. Attach pump tube and mounting brackets and attach pump filter. Rinse assembly before use.
  • Page 11 Install Pump Top-down view Install pump assembly in water tank . Place water tank back into cabinet. Route pump cable through water tank opening and out bottom of cabinet.

    Install Plumbing Place water conduit into the two circular holes on left side of outer tray. Verify that water conduit is positioned above holes in water tank. Flexible tip is on front side of garden. Return water tray to outer tray. Ensure it is fully seated.

  • Page 17 Install Upright Extensions Attach 2x upright extensions to uprights. Secure with 4x screws.
  • Page 18 Install Outer Tray Lower outer tray onto upright extensions. Circular plumbing holes of outer tray are on left side. Secure with 4x screws.
  • Page 19 Install Extension Plumbing Place plumbing adapter into lowest-level water tray. Insert 2x extension pipes through the circular holes in the outer tray above and into the plumbing adapter. Use long pipes first. Return water tray to outer tray. Ensure it is fully seated.
  • Page 20 Mount Power Supply Place power supply on mounting screws on right wall of cabinet. “Output” faces up. “Input” faces down. Rotate paddles to secure. Feed output cable (cylindrical connector) out hole in back of cabinet. Feed input cable (three prong) out hole in bottom of cabinet.
  • Page 21 Add Second Extension to a Triple-Level Garden If building a triple-level garden, repeat steps 11-15 with the third level. If building a double-level garden, move on to step 17. For the second extension, use the small extension pipes.
  • Page 22 Install Top Shelf Align top shelf and lower onto uprights. Ensure that cable is on the right-hand side. Secure with 4x screws.
  • Page 23 Connect Tubing to Pump Uncoil tubing and feed into the raised hole on top water tray until the short segment rests in groove. The end of tubing should now be in the water tank. Connect tubing to pump coupler. Push firmly.

  • Page 26 Connect Lights Plug the cable from power supply into top shelf and screw in to secure. Note light connectors are keyed. If the plug does not fit initially, gently rotate plug until the keys line up and the plug is able to be inserted into the socket. Do not force the plug as this may break or bend the connector.
  • Page 27 Manage Cables and Connect Pump Use included hook-and-loop ties to secure and bundle excess cable. (Back view) Plug cable from pump into pump power supply.
  • Page 28 Tip Prevention A kit with two straps is provided to secure the garden to residential wall studs. To use the kits, loop the metal cable around each rear upright, just under the top shelf. Apply on both sides of the garden. Position the garden such that the cable is not loose.
  • Page 29 Water Dampeners A foam water dampener is provided with each extension hardware kit in order to reduce splashing. Single-level gardens do not require a water dampener. Double-level gardens use one dampener and triple-level gardens use two. Each water dampener inserts into the gap between plumbing adapter and extension pipe.
  • Page 30 Plug Electronics into Smart Strip Plug power supply(s) into smart strip. Remove socket covers, as needed. Plug pump power supply into smart strip. IMPORTANT: place smart strip behind or to the right of garden. Do not place smart strip underneath or inside garden.
  • Page 31 The lights should turn on and the pump should start running. IMPORTANT: To enable the automatic timer, connect smart strip with the Rise Gardens app. IMPORTANT: Monitor the garden for a few minutes to ensure there are no leaks.

    For returns not related to a warranty claim, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of shipping labels and Scan to packaging kits provided by Rise Gardens will activate be deducted from your refund. Any eligible warranty refund will be issued only once the returned item is received by Rise Gardens.
