- Page 6 INSTALLATION PROPER GRIDDLE PLACEMENT DO NOT place the HG-GRZ-NS atop cooktop burners without properly installed grates. If you place the HG-GRZ-NS on a sealed gas burner, it will WARNING cause incomplete combustion and can result in exposure to carbon monoxide levels above allowable current standards, which can be hazardous to your health.
- Page 7 CARE AND CLEANING • The HG-GRZ-NS comes pre-seasoned for your convenience. Regular seasoning is recommended for the best use. • When you are finished cooking, clean your cast iron thoroughly of food particles, and lightly coat the griddle to re-season it with your choice of high-grade cooking oil.
