    User Manual Section 3: Operation 1. Initial Startup (Fig. 8) a) Turn on the Power switch. The power switch will lit. The control panel will show TEMP 0 degree C, SPEED 05:00 and C. You do not need to turn off power switch during business hours.

Crumb pans can be removed by sliding out to your direction.
