Installation The followings are instructions for setting up PLANET WSG-403. Refer to the illustration and follow the simple steps below to quickly install your Wireless Subscriber Gateway. Wall-Mounting PLANET WSG-403 can be wall-mounted on a wall by applying the two mounting brackets on screws.
2. Use standard LAN cables to connect PCs to the switch ports on WSG-403. 3. Connect your Cable/DSL Modem to the WAN port on WSG-403. Use the cable supplied with your Cable/DSL modem. If no cable was supplied with your modem, use a standard network cable. Please make sure the connection is established (LED is on).

Step 1: Start your browser, and then enter the factory default IP address 192.168.0.1 in your browser’s address bar. Step 2:PLANET WSG-403 configuration tools menu will appear. In the Username and Password field, enter the user name (“admin” is the default value), password (“password” is the default value) and click Getting Started to start machine administration.

Step 3: Internet Connection Setting DHCP Client The device can work as a DHCP client. This allows WSG-403 to obtain the IP address and other TCP/IP settings from ISP side. If your xDSL/Cable comes with this feature, please enable Use DHCP Client.

There are two different choices, one is exclusive printer (WSG-ACG3 - Account Generator Printer), and the other is non-exclusive printer. Exclusive printer is a portable thermal printer that is integrated with WSG-403 to press three button actions to generate accounts and receipt immediately without PC. Non-exclusive printer can use the PC Web-based browser to print out user account information.

Step 9: Account Setting This page shows the pre-defined exclusive printer setting, click on Next for the next steps. Click on “Customize print out text” to define the text in advance. Or click on “I want to setup the web-based accounting now if exclusive printer cannot work”.
