IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
THIS PORTABLE LAMP HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE BLADE IS WIDER THAN THE OTHER) AS A SAFETY
FEATURE TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. THIS PLUG WILL FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY
ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT FULLY IN THE OUTLET, REVERSE THE PLUG. IF IT STILL DOES NOT FIT,
CONTACT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. NEVER USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD UNLESS PLUG CAN BE
FULLY INSERTED. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (See page 2 on detail diagram):
1.Carefully unpack and organize all the parts. Protect the assembly surface to avoid scratching the lamp or
surface.
2.Remove the washer "B" and nut "C" from the tube 1 "E".
3.Insert the tube 1 "E" through the base "A". Secure the tube with the washer "B" and nut "C" using the wrench
"D" (included).
4.Connect terminal (G1) and (G2) corrected together in one direction (see illustration on page 2)
5.Insert the tube 2 "H" into the tube 1 "E". Align the screw holes on the tube 2 "H" and tube 1 "E". Insert the fix
screw "F" into the aligned holes and tighten the screw "F".
6.Place the shade "I" onto the lamp socket, and secure with the socket rings "J".
7.Insert one piece of Type A bulb, max 100 W (not included).
8.Use the rotary switch "K" to turn the lamp on/off.
