1:1 RATIO, 200/300ML CARTRIDGES
Universal applicator gun for use with 1:1 ratio 300 mL and
200 mL cartridges only. Built-in cartridge stabilizing plate
for extra support. Extra durable, heat-treated piston rod.
Precision sintered friction plate. Easy release star-burst
reverse gripping plate. Zinc alloy handle. 26:1 Thrust Ratio.
APPLICATOR GUN MAINTENANCE
After every use, always clean off any material using the
manufacturer's recommended solvent before it had time to
dry.
To ensure optimum performance, pins in the handle should
be lubricated with oil (WD40 or comparable) after every 10
cartridges.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Press thumb release plate and pull back push rods all
the way out to the "home" position.
2. Release thumb release plate and rods will lock in
their home position.
3. Load the cartridge into the gun. This gun will
accommodate a variety of cartridge styles. Determine
the best fi t at the front of the gun and then align the
push discs to center of the plungers and pull the
trigger to move the discs forward until they are snug
against the plungers.
4. Remove the cap and plugs from the nose piece.
5. Pump the gun until product fl ows equally from both
chambers. This procedure equalizes the pistons to
ensure an equal mix.
6. Install the static mixer on to the nose piece and
tighten. Pump the material through the static mixer.
Discard the fi rst 3 inches, then proceed to application.
