Workaround a problem, when Naturela devices with WiFi modules
trying to connect to
When trying to connect to Internet of Naturela devices with buith-in WiFi modules ESP32-S2-mini-
1, when using a phone with Android 14 software version, there is a problem with the inability to
establish a stable connection between phone and WiFi module network. It observes a constant
change in several seconds of the inscriptions indicating the status of the connection to the WiFi
module. The location of this changing information is given in the red circled area in the picture
below:
This problem is due to using DHCP protocol to obtain modem's IP address of the phone. To
work around this issue, follow the next steps:
1. Execute" New WiFi network" from the controller menu. You should receive, for example:
"NAT-AP-009" and " Successful" .
2. Download application Naturela Snart Home or My Eldom , using Google Play.
3. Close Naturela Smart Home application/ My Eldom/, using button, which show all
activated applications, by pressing" Close All". See photos below:
