SAFETY MEASURES
•
Use the device only for its intended purpose in
accordance with the user manual.
•
Open the package and check the contents. Inspect
the switch and power supply.
•
Make sure that the device, power supply and
cables are not mechanically damaged.
•
Do not use the switch and power supply if
damaged. The device is intended for use in a dry,
clean and well-ventilated room area with normal
humidity level, away from heat sources, protected
from strong electromagnetic sources, vibration,
dust and direct sunlight (see «Storage and
operation environment» in the table above).
Do not use the device outdoors or in areas with
high humidity. Do not place any foreign objects on
the device.
•
Do not open the case of the device! Before
cleaning the device from dirt and dust, unplug it
from the mains.
•
Do not use liquid/aerosol or magnetic cleaners.
Avoid moisture getting into the device and power
adapter.
•
The device should be grounded, if it is provided by
the design of the case or the plug on the power
cable.
•
Leave at least 10-15cm of space to the left and
right of the switch for ventilation.
•
Visually inspect the DC power connector and make
sure it is fully attached to the power adapter.
WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty does not cover damage caused by non-
compliance with the operating instructions, especially
in terms of safety precautions and recommendations on
product care. The warranty period for the 2E Powerlink
unmanaged switches starts from the date of purchase of
the device and is 12 months.
Device service life: 2 years.
Warranty service is carried out only upon the provision of a
correctly and clearly filled out warranty card.
