INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the Xtreme Marine Cabin and RV Space Heater. Each unit has been manufactured to ensure safety and reliability when used properly for the purpose it has been designed for. Please read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
If the "one shot" fuse is activated, the heater must be returned to Xtreme Heaters for service. There is also a “tip-over” switch that will turn your heater off should it fall or tip over. This switch will make a rattling sound if the heater is shaken or tipped over.
OPERATING MODES 1. Fan Only: activated by turning the dial (#1 in the diagram) to the right, clockwise, to the first detent. This will turn on the fan for circulation but will not produce any heat. Note that the thermostat dial, (#2 in the diagram), must be set to obtain the desired ambient temperature for the heater to run, even in fan mode.
There are no owner-serviceable parts inside your heater. If your heater requires service, please contact Xtreme Heaters to obtain a valid RMA number before sending it in for. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be refused. Heaters sent in for service should be packed to avoid damage during shipment.
