    2 ETAPpro charging solution for electric vehicles Congratulations on the purchase of your ETAPpro charger. The ETAPpro is a mobile charging solution that can be used to charge an electric vehicle from various connections such as the usual household sockets, camping plug or industrial sockets by using the included or available adapters developed specifically for the ETAPpro.

    4.2 Electrical safety precautions, installation, operation All information on the electrical installation is intended only for an electrician capable of performing all electrical work in accordance with current national regulations.     8 Commissioning / loading 8.1 Your first use / onboarding Insert the included adapter cable into the ETAPpro . Ensure the plug is pushed into the device COMPLETELY, if the plug is not fully inserted you will receive an alert via the App and the power of charging will be limited.

    8.2 Types of connection of the ETAPpro to the Internet/the cloud 1. Y ou connect to your charger via wifi, you set this up through the app. You can recognize this type of connection in the app at the top of the home screen by the typical wifi symbol. 2.

    9 Troubleshooting In case there is a problem with the device, in certain cases a message will be shown via the phone app and/or a visual indication will be given by a combination of signals through the 3 LEDs on the front of the device. Before investigating the cause of a problem, make sure the adapter cables are fully inserted into the ETAPpro, as well as the type 2 plug in the car.

  • Page 18 1. Make sure the adapter cables are fully inserted into the ETAPpro, as well as the type 2 plug in the car. If 1 or both are not fully inserted charging will occur or will be slow. 2. Make sure charging is not limited by smart features such as load balancing, peak shaving or solar charging.
