I have a necespow power pack model number S2401 and even if it is on or off the fan keeps making a loud noise. What can I do to solve this? I have looked online for a manual but cannot find anything for this model. We purchased it only last year and have only used it once.

    Using Instruction 1. On/Off Press the main power switch for 2 seconds to turn the product on and off. After switching on, the display will show the current product power level and the fan will start to self-test for 3 seconds (the fan icon will illuminate on the display).

    2. LED Light Press and hold the power button for two seconds to activate the device; press the LED button briefly. The LED icon will light up and the LED will be permanently lit. When the LED remains on, a short press of the LED button will change the lighting mode.
